Embark on a culinary journey with me at WahltonSaus, where I’m not just crafting hot Saus—I’m curating a homemade flavor feast. My name is Seth Wahlton, and I invite you to join me in this bold, flavorful adventure rooted in passion, family, and fire.

WahltonSaus was born in August 2022 from the simple yet powerful desire to turn an overflowing garden of peppers into something extraordinary. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a business with serious flavor—and serious heart. Every bottle of Saus tells a story, and that story starts with family.

My wife, Michelle, has been instrumental in every aspect of the business behind the scenes. From inventory and logistics to prepping for every live event and farmers market, she’s been the steady force keeping things moving efficiently and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. WahltonSaus wouldn’t run without her tireless organization, planning, and dedication.

My mother, Julia Wahlton, was there from day one, helping me secure the very first bottles, labels, and equipment. She believed in the vision before it was even a business, and her support laid the foundation for everything WahltonSaus has become. Without her, there would be no Saus, no brand, and no journey to speak of.

My father-in-law, Pablo, was the very first to invest in me. His early financial support gave me the boost I needed to launch WahltonSaus with momentum, confidence, and the means to scale up quickly. Thanks to him, the business didn’t just start—it exploded onto the scene.

From the humble beginnings of slinging Saus out of a cooler as a traveling hot Saus salesman, WahltonSaus has evolved into a rapidly growing brand with both a thriving online presence and a strong local following through live events and shows. I now ship out boxes every single week across the country, with demand continuing to rise. It’s become more than just a business—it’s a movement.

What sets WahltonSaus apart is our commitment to small-batch, high-flavor Saus that elevates every meal. I grow many of the peppers myself and source the rest locally, always opting for organic and top-tier ingredients. Every bottle is handcrafted, intentionally balanced, and designed to surprise and delight—from the mild and sweet to the fiercely bold.

In an incredible full-circle moment, one of my lifelong heroes and personal idols, Les Stroud—the original Survivorman—offered me an endorsement. His backing of WahltonSaus has already opened major doors and exciting opportunities, proving that this brand has real staying power. It’s a surreal honor to have someone I admire deeply believe in my work and my vision.

Looking ahead, 2025 is shaping up to be the biggest year yet. I plan to move into a dedicated warehouse space, increase production, and begin selling internationally and through wholesale. The groundwork is laid, and I’m building something bigger than I ever imagined—with the same fire, family support, and flavor-forward mindset that got me here.
